Meg’s Shrimp Salad

Here’s what we had for lunch today. I can say without a doubt that the combination of these ingredients make for quite a bold flavor: red onion, cilantro, sautéed shrimp, fresh mushrooms, kale, lettuce, fresh turkey bacon bits, croutons, carrot slivers. I used a market, fresh buttermilk ranch to top. Probably not the healthiest salad if you are one of those types to eat them for dieting. I love salads for all the wonderful things you can add in.

I used a little butter and garlic salt on high heat to sauté my shrimp.




Ta da! Makes for a full course meal.
