I Am: 40 Reasons to Trust God | Book Review

Book review

Running my fingers over the glitter-bathed cover, my eyes light up like a small child’s on Christmas morning.  The colors so vivid and wild, the title drawing me in and the weight of the book on my lap, all together make a recipe for anticipation!

What delight I had when I found out I was able to be a part of Diane Stortz’s I Am launch team. This  is a marvelous work of art. She is such a talented author who has written other children’s books as well.

We have been so blessed by the I Am book.  I have been able to incorporate the stories into our daily home school lessons too.  It is well written with such a layout that my kids have begged me to “Go on, mom…read the next one! We want to hear what comes next!

You would have to see it to know what I mean, but it really keeps you on the edge of your seat at the end of each one.  I don’t want to give too much away – but even my favorite picture of all above isn’t done justice with my camera phone. This photo was taken a couple weeks ago to capture the first day of our diving into the Red Sea. Or should I say,…detour through the Red Sea…haha.

If any of you have little ones running around, I highly recommend this book – but on second thought, you may want to consider it even if you don’t.

If you are like me, an adult who struggled with piecing together all the stories of the Bible – this is one to have in your collection.

We thank you, Diane, for putting together something with such great quality and care.  Thank you for pouring your life out as an offering, so the generations now and the ones to come, may know Him better.
